Walden Media has produced blockbuster films such as the Academy Award® winning "Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe" and "Prince Caspian," directed by Oscar® nominee Adam Adamson, and "Journey to the Center of the Earth," starring Brendan Frasier, the first live-action digitally captured 3D feature film in history. Other celebrated Walden films include "Nim's Island" starring Academy Award® winner Jodie Foster, Academy Award® nominee Abigal Breslin and Gerard Butler; "Charlotte's Web," based on E.B.   • Walden Media's Publishing Division has partnered in the publication of more than 20 books since 2004, including "The Comeback Kids" series by New York Times #1 bestselling author Mike Lupica and the award-winning titles "The White Giraffe" by Lauren St. John and "Savvy" by Ingrid Law
  • In May, 2008, Walden Media and HarperCollins joined forces to establish an all-new imprint, Walden Pond Press, with a list of titles that debuted in the fall of 2009. The imprint acquires and publishes titles for children, which Walden then has the option to develop and produce as feature films.
