The AMGEN Tour of California will bring the drama and excitement of a professional bicycle stage race to the California coast.
The world's top professional teams will compete over an eight-day, 650-mile race on a route that includes the California redwoods,
wine country and the Pacific Coast.
Founded in 2005 by Amgen, Breakaway from Cancer® is a national initiative to increase awareness of the important resources available to people affected by cancer - from prevention through survivorship. Breakaway from Cancer® represents a partnership between Amgen and four non-profit organizations dedicated to empowering patients with education, resources and hope. The Breakaway from Cancer® partners include Prevent Cancer Foundation, Cancer Support Community, Patient Advocate Foundation and National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship.
